RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Several types of products are exempt from return. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.


Nor do we accept products that are intimate or sanitary, hazardous materials or liquids or flammable gases.


Additional items that cannot be returned:

Downloadable software products


* Some health and personal care items


To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.


Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.


There are certain situations in which only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)


* Book with obvious signs of use


* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape or vinyl disc that was opened.


* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons that are not due to our mistake.


* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.


Refunds (if applicable)


Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we received the item you returned. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original credit card or payment method within a certain number of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)


If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.


Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially reflected.


Then, contact your bank. It often takes a processing time before a refund can be seen reflected.

Items on offer (if applicable)


Only normal priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, the items on offer cannot be refunded.


Changes (if applicable)


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to change it for the same item, send us an email at lasa96162@gmail.com and send your article to: Avenida Insurgentes, Colonia Rafael Murillo Vidal, Tuxpan de Rodriguez Cano, VER, 92810, Mexico.


Gifts


If the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and we sent it directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you by mail.


If the item was not marked as a gift when it was purchased, or if the person who made the gift decided to send the order to you and then give it to you, we will send a refund to the person who made the gift and find out about its return.


Shipping


To return your product, you must mail it to: Avenida Insurgentes, Colonia Rafael Murillo Vidal, Tuxpan de Rodriguez Cano, VER, 92810, Mexico.


Shipping costs for returning your item are at your own expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost of the return will be deducted from your refund.


Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive a change for your product may vary.


If you ship an item over $75, it is recommended to use a tracking shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the return of your item.
